Housing Australia brings together all levels of government, institutional investors, lenders, community housing providers, faith-based organisations, private sector developers and construction companies to facilitate and deliver more social and affordable housing.
Through concessional loans and grants, we help fund the delivery of more homes and essential housing-enabling infrastructure. Our targeted funding is available through three key programs:
Housing Australia Future Fund – Social and Affordable
Housing Australia Future Fund – Crisis and Transitional
Housing Australia Critical Infrastructure.
