Housing Australia has released its 2024–25 Social Bond Report, highlighting significant progress in financing social and affordable housing and the measurable impact of the organisation’s investments on housing outcomes nationwide.

Through our social and affordable housing programs, and with the continued support of our investors and partners, momentum is building to deliver long-term, sustainable housing outcomes to address housing need at scale.

The Scheme is for aspiring home buyers – first home buyers with a minimum 5% deposit, or single parents or legal guardians with a minimum 2% deposit.
