Complete the AHBA loan EOI form
Information provided in the EOI form will help in assessing a CHP’s eligibility to apply for an AHBA Loan. Contact details for a Housing Australia relationship manager will be made available to eligible CHPs following submission and assessment of the EOI form.
The EOI form relates only to AHBA Loans and is not for finance to be provided under the National Housing Infrastructure Facility.
Please read this important information before completing our online form:
- Eligible CHPs must have read the “Housing Australia Guidelines for Affordable Housing Bond Aggregator Loans”, (Guidelines) which is available here. Capitalised terms in this EOI form have the same meaning as in the Guidelines, unless the context requires otherwise.
- Housing Australia recommends that CHPs seek advice from their legal, business, tax, financial and/or other professional advisers before applying for any AHBA Loan or making any decision in relation to an AHBA Loan.
- AHBA Loan applications may only be made under an Application Form (available from Housing Australia relationship managers).
- CHPs are encouraged to discuss their individual circumstances with their Housing Australia relationship manager before deciding whether to apply for an AHBA Loan.
